Yes, all orders placed from the FitWay Equip website are shipped within Canada free of charge.

Depending on the size of your order we will send it out via FedEx Ground or one of our LTL shipping partners.

Once your order is placed, we will process and prepare to ship your FitWay order within two business days. 

Once with our shipping partners your order should arrive in 2-10 business days depending on where you are located in Canada.

Depending on your location one of our dealer partners may be able to offer installation services for our FitWay Indoor Cycles. At checkout you will be provided with the option of selecting free shipping or a Premium Installation. 

These installations are provided by our dealer partners and they will contact you to organize a delivery time. 

We are here to support you, if you have received your new indoor cycle or an issue has developed after use please email some details regarding the issue to support@fitwayequip.com and one of our representatives will be in contact with you as soon as possible. 

We may reach out to try and troubleshoot and obtain a bit more information over the phone, if a technician is needed to repair or diagnose we will work with our support network to find someone local to have the issue resolved. 

Please note that we do not return indoor cycles unless it is deemed absolutely nessesary. Diagnosis & parts replacement will always be the first plan to resolve an issue.
